Service Agreement
By scheduling a service appointment with Parker Appliance Repair, you agree to these terms. We provide independent appliance repair services and are not affiliated with any appliance manufacturer.
Diagnostic Fee
A diagnostic fee is charged for each service visit. This fee covers the technician's trip and thorough inspection of your appliance. The diagnostic fee is applied toward the cost of repair if you choose to proceed with our recommended service.
Warranty
All repairs performed by Parker Appliance Repair include a warranty on parts and labor. Specific warranty terms are provided at the time of service. The warranty covers defects in the parts we install and the workmanship of our technicians.
Parts
We use factory-specified and OEM-compatible replacement parts. Part availability may affect repair timelines. We will communicate any delays and provide estimated completion times.
Liability
Parker Appliance Repair is not responsible for pre-existing conditions, damage unrelated to our repair, or issues arising from improper use of the appliance following our service.
